This was completely different to our norm of weddings & love stories. But in someways it had some connection with marriage.
It all started a few months back when we were filming Lynn & Michael’s Love Story before actually capturing their wedding day.
As we got together with Michael & Lynn to plan their unique Love Story, it happened that Lynn had another idea in mind which has always been a dream to her all the way since her teenager years.
From a very young age Lynn had been playing the piano at a very high level. Since she entered the corporate world in her later years, she eagerly wanted to create a film with a concept of her playing a famous piano piece (“Liebestraum”) while a person elegantly wonders with the sounds and note of this beautiful piece.
It was such an awesome project to work on as Lynn initially had this idea that she wanted the wondering person to only be revealed towards the end – adding suspense & surprise to the concept.
The original piece runs for approximately 4 and a half minutes, which gave us an extra challenge as we had to create the right amount of visuals/photography without revealing the wondering person until the end.
To cap it all off, Lynn screened this piece at her amazing wedding reception dinner at Sheraton Mirage on the Gold Coast. She was a definite star of the night!
